1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Hola Bali Storage ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
Hola Bali Storage provides short-term and long-term luggage storage facilities in Seminyak, Bali. We offer secure lockers and storage rooms for travelers to drop off their belongings.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard rate is Rp 50.000 per item per day. Payments are to be made upfront upon dropping off the luggage. We accept cash and major digital payments available in Indonesia.
4. Prohibited Items
You agree not to store any illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or perishable items. We reserve the right to inspect any luggage if we suspect it contains prohibited items.
5. Liability and Insurance
While we provide 24/7 CCTV and strict security measures, our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000 per booking unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for items of extraordinary value (e.g., expensive jewelry, large amounts of cash, critical documents) which you store at your own risk.
6. Unclaimed Luggage
Luggage not claimed within 30 days of the agreed pick-up date, without prior communication, will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
